It is important that the learner (above 18 years) or the parent/guardian (for below 18 years) read and accept the terms and conditions of our forum when you register for the courses. After completing the application form, please check the terms and conditions consent box to confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of Propel.study and agree to abide by them.

Enrollment:

Our website uses online registration forms to confirm your educational opportunity. It is a mandatory step to enroll into our courses and you are accountable for providing genuine details in the form. We regard the lawful and correct treatment of personal information to our successful operation and to the maintenance of confidence of those with whom we deal. For each application you submit through our customized admission format, you will pay the course fee as agreed previously via our secured payment modes. You acknowledge that if you miss to complete the payment as discussed with our team your application for the course will not be considered.

Attendance:

In order to get our STEM.ORG certificate, a learner is liable to hold a minimum of 75% attendance and 100% course progress. No compensation will be provided to learners if they miss any components of the course. For the voluntary class cancellations, not more than three hours per course, a recorded version of the specific session will be made available for the student at a specific time when and if requested by the learner.

Proprietary Rights:

All contents of this site is copyright protected. Unless otherwise suggested by our tutors, Propel.study with Propeller Technologies is the owner of all intellectual property right in our website and classes. This includes any content made available through our online sessions for your personal educational purposes. You should not reproduce or copy work from our courses, or make content from our sessions available to third parties without prior written consent.

Make a Complaint:

We will make sure to give our best at any Next-Gen Tech Education you will choose. Any disputes arising out of these general terms and conditions shall exclusively be submitted to us via emails and we’ll make sure our team will deal with it internally. We are assigned focal responsibility for child rights and protection under National policy for children by the Indian Government. We shall build a preventive and responsive child protection system, including outreach services regarding any issues among the learners in a session.

Disclaimer Of Consequental Damages:
